Project Details:
The proposed industrial project, an ice factory, is located in Rameshwaram, Tamil Nadu, spanning a site area of 20,580 square feet. The built-up area measures 3,000 square feet, efficiently utilizing the land to meet the functional requirements of the factory. This industrial typology is strategically situated to cater to the region’s demand for ice production, leveraging Rameshwaram’s coastal proximity and access to seafood industries.
