The building’s west-facing orientation is thoughtfully balanced by reduced western openings, minimizing heat and radiation.The foyer’s northward orientation provides a refreshing contrast, leading visitors to the main door.Privacy is prioritized through the incorporation of lobby spaces preceding bedroom entrances, creating a quiet, intermediate area that shields the bedroom from the surrounding spaces. For simplified maintenance, toilet areas are designed with built-in ducts, allowing for easy inspection, repair, and replacement of services.
